Niki Koulouris will launch her first book, The sea with no one in it, published by Porcupine’s Quill in December 2013. Adrienne Weiss will be a guest reader at the event and will launch her chapbook Production 1060: The Oz Monologues. Souvankham Thammavongsa will also be a guest reader and will read from her latest book, Light, which was published by Pedlar Press in the fall of 2013. Niki Koulouris was born in Melbourne, Australia. Her poetry and prose has appeared in The Cortland Review, Space, Metro Magazine, Subtext Magazine and The Age. A beer enthusiast, she has been known to start spontaneous lists on napkins of her top India Pale Ales. Niki lives in Toronto. The sea with no one in it, published by Porcupine’s Quill, is her first book.
Adrienne Weiss is a college instructor and writer. Recent work includes Production 1060: The Oz Monologues published by Junction Books, and an upcoming poetry collection titled There Are No Solid Gold Dancers Anymore, published by Nightwood Editions.
Souvankham Thammavongsa has written three poetry books, the latest is Light (Pedlar Press, 2013).
